Born December 24, 1930, Horace T. Atwater has become a well known Atlantan. The Rome native is known to most of his customers as the "Maestro of Sole" because of the fabulous job he does shining shoes. In his 17 years at the Majestic Shoe Shop on Broad Street, he has developed twelve (12) shoe shine combinations.
