 Series
Identifier: Series I

Scope and Contents note

Minutes, reports, and programs from the Conclave's biennial conventions; scrapbooks about the Conclave's history and conventions; three volumes of Profiles of Grady Graduates; and printed material collected or created for exhibit make up this series. The Profiles, which contain biographical data, photographs, and donated records, document the lives and accomplishments of 102 Grady Graduates (classes of 1925-1981). This series includes scrapbooks created by Historians Mary Smith and Nema Newell. Other materials in this series include a ledger and draft minutes, 1972-1987, assembled by former Recording Secretary Annie Williams Welch, and reports, 1979-1984, donated by former Treasurer Ailean Clayton Ifill.

Records from the 2001 exhibit at Auburn Avenue Research Library (curated by Denise Burnett) include display memorabilia such as School of Nursing bulletins and invitations, and printed materials created for the event, such as programs and handouts. Signs and tags created for the exhibit make up part of Series VII.
